Something you learned during your time in AAS that you took with you onto active duty: Attention to detail is essential to successful mission accomplishment. Be confident in your abilities to lead while inspiring others to follow you. Most importantly, have fun, and don't take yourself too seriously!

Your fondest memory of AAS: NATCONs and candidate training sessions

A brief piece of advice you'd give to any current Arnie/aspiring Lieutenant for becoming a better cadet: Accept that you will not always be the best at everything you do; on the other hand, don't let that deter you from striving to exceed your own expectations in every task you encounter, no matter how seemingly insignificant.
